By observing the market in North Laguna and looking at the previous year and a half of time that the property was on the market, Pinpoint Properties’ broker, Katrina Smith, set out to price the house consistently with the area while also taking into account its unique features and aesthetic. Targeted local marketing in digital and print brought in a strong audience, even after the prolonged exposure the property had before. Where the average time to sell in North Laguna was about 120 days at the time of listing, and the property had sat for almost four times as long as that in previous listings, several offers and a buyer came about within 3 months.
